In our first session, I’ll do a comprehensive assessment to get to know you better. We’ll explore your eating patterns, health habits, lifestyle, and more. Then, we’ll talk about your goals and develop clear steps to reach them.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Healthy habits and dramatic results don't happen overnight. We’ll meet every 2-3 weeks for ongoing support and accountability as you make nutrition and lifestyle changes.
